Stage 3, Agentic
Managed instance. We configure it, connect it to your stack, and keep it running. A fully operational AI agent without a single line of internal infrastructure to maintain.
Small teams getting started with AI operations. One channel, one mailbox, core memory.
Full operational coverage for a growing team. All channels, calendar, pipeline tracking, autonomous task execution.
Custom deployment for larger teams with specific integration, compliance, or white-label requirements.
Build work
Fixed-scope work where the output is a defined artifact: a system, an integration, an architecture plan, or a working product.
2 weeks. You get a technical architecture document, scope breakdown, integration map, and a fixed-price estimate for the full build. Most clients use this to pressure-test a vendor quote or validate feasibility before committing budget.
8–12 weeks. A scoped, production-ready MVP with defined acceptance criteria. Suitable for greenfield products, internal tools, or integrations where scope is understood. Priced after a Discovery Sprint or scoping call.
Complex system builds, large-scale integrations, or multi-phase programs. Scoped jointly and priced after a Discovery Sprint. Typical engagements: custom WMS, ERP extensions, financial services platforms, multi-system data architecture.
Senior engineers embedded in your team. We work inside your process, your repo, and your tools. AI-augmented workflows mean more velocity per hour than traditional staff aug. Min engagement: 3 months, 20 hrs/week.
Stage 1, Understand
Senior technical leadership without a full-time hire. Retainer-based, ongoing relationship. Where understanding what you have becomes the unfair advantage.
4 hours/month. Architecture reviews, technology decisions, vendor evaluations, and on-call guidance for your leadership team. For companies with internal engineering but limited senior technical strategy.
20 hours/month. Active technical leadership: team oversight, hiring guidance, architecture ownership, board-level technical reporting, and strategic roadmap execution. The senior technical partner most mid-market companies need but can’t yet justify full-time.
Do I need a Discovery Sprint before a project?
Not always, but most clients who skip it regret it. If your scope is well-defined and you’ve already done the architecture work, we can move directly to a build estimate. When in doubt, start with the Sprint.
How does Atmobot pricing compare to hiring?
A fully-loaded senior ops/admin hire runs $80–120K/year. Atmobot Professional at $3,500/mo is $42K/year, with more capability, 24/7 availability, and zero ramp time. The ROI is usually obvious inside the first 30 days.
Can I start with Advisory and expand later?
Yes. Most of our longest client relationships started with a Discovery Sprint or a Strategic Advisor retainer, then scaled into build work or Atmobot deployment once trust was established.
What if we’re not a fit?
We’ll tell you straight. We keep a small client roster on purpose. If your project isn’t right for us, we’d rather say so in the first conversation than take engagement fees and underdeliver.
Next step
Most engagements start with a 30-minute call. No pitch deck, no demo script, just a direct conversation about what you’re trying to solve. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you.
