ERP + WMS Integration
Problem: NetSuite ERP and their WMS were silos. Orders placed in NetSuite didn’t flow to the warehouse. Fulfillment status didn’t sync back. The team was manually bridging the gap.
Built: Serverless Azure Functions middleware with bidirectional real-time sync, order creation, status updates, inventory sync, and fulfillment confirmation. Webhook-first architecture with duplicate prevention and retry logic with exponential backoff.
Client Visibility Platform
Problem: A 3PL operator needed a client-facing inventory portal surfacing real-time WMS data, inventory value, SKU-level detail, allocated vs. non-allocated stock, without exposing backend systems directly to clients.
Built: Multi-tenant inventory dashboard with role-based access control. Clients see their inventory value in real time, drill down by warehouse, filter by SKU, and track reorder quantities, all live from the WMS, not a nightly export.
Multi-Format Integration Platform
Problem: A logistics technology company needed to ingest and process shipment data across multiple formats, EDI (X12/EDIFACT) from SPS Commerce, XML with schema validation, and Excel manifests from carriers, through a single, reliable pipeline.
Built: Multi-format integration platform with pluggable adapter architecture. XML, EDI, and Excel adapters. Credential management via Azure Key Vault, dead letter queue for failures, and structured logging throughout.
We’ve also shipped EDI integrations for a major 3PL provider, fulfillment automation for a food & beverage distributor, and dispatch tools for a maritime logistics company.
