AI & software for operations teams
We build what your operation is missing — and prove it works.
Atmosoft reviews the systems you already run, rebuilds the ones holding you back, and puts AI to work inside them — for 3PL and warehouse operators, logistics and finance teams, and anyone who has outgrown spreadsheets and duct-taped automations. This is Atmobot, our reviewer and our standard: he shows his work, and never claims what he can’t back up.
Is this you?
Paying for software that doesn’t fit — or running on one nobody dares touch?
You run a 3PL, a warehouse, a distribution or finance operation. Either you’re paying enterprise prices for features you never use and waiting a quarter on the one change you actually need — or the system everything depends on is twenty years old and nobody wants to be the person who breaks it. Either way, skilled people spend their week absorbing the difference by hand.
Here’s what you get instead.
01
Software that fits you.
Right-sized, not bloated. And when it’s missing the one thing you need, we build it — scope, milestones and price in writing before the first hour.
02
Proof, not promises.
Findings are read at the source in your repository, with the file and the line, and a traced path to how it is reached. Hand it to your engineer and they can find it in minutes, not argue with it.
03
Yours to keep.
Your data, full access, no lock-in. Leave whenever you like and take everything with you — that is the whole point.
Four products, one promise
Same honesty, four ways.
Code & app review you can check yourself.
Shows the receipts — every finding read at the source, with the file, the line, and the path that reaches it. No linter guesswork.

Straight AI
- Reads a slice, sounds sure about the rest
- Invents bugs that aren’t there
- No record of what it actually checked
- You end up double-checking it all anyway
✓ Atmobot
- Tells you what he read — and what he didn’t
- Findings that don’t hold up get dropped before you see them
- Every step logged and auditable
- Built to be trusted, not just fast
What the work looks like
Three recent engagements, described by shape.
Everyone’s AI can reach eighty percent of a rebuild. The last twenty percent is the part that decides whether you can actually switch over, and it’s the part we price and finish. Client names are theirs to give, not ours to publish — we’ll walk you through any of these in detail on a call.
Warehouse activity that finally invoices itself.
A freight carrier was billing warehouse work by hand. We built a service that polls their 3PL platform for receipts and orders and posts the matching freight bills into their transportation system, ready to invoice. It went to production in a single deploy window, and their billing owner confirmed the first bills the same afternoon.
A twenty-year platform, modernised while it kept running.
A multi-tenant ticketing and commerce platform used by parks and entertainment venues, on a stack that is now a dead end. The source existed; that was never the problem. The problem was that a lot of customers depend on it and nobody wanted to be the person who broke it. We rebuilt the storefront and account experience on a modern stack, developed against a copy of a real customer’s live database rather than test data. A parity checker drives the old site and the new one through the same actions and compares what actually happens — so the gap list comes from the tool, not from a meeting.
89 findings on an app that shipped fast. 40 of them critical.
A review of a fast-built application returned 89 findings covering 301 named items, 40 of them critical. The database layer was checked against the live catalogue rather than read from the migrations alone — and that moved findings in both directions: one of our own criticals came down to a warning, and five open policies turned out to have been closed in production already. That is what verified is supposed to mean.
Described by shape — no client named. Every figure above is from real delivered work.
One promise across all four
Own your data. And when it’s missing something — we build it.
No vendor lock, ever — leave whenever and take everything with you. And when the platform doesn’t do what you need, we don’t file a ticket and put you in a queue behind ten thousand other customers. We build it, scoped and priced in writing before the first hour. No pure-SaaS can say that.
